Michael is the visionary behind Sycamore Growth Capital, leveraging 20+ years of leadership in global financial services to identify, acquire, and scale businesses poised for sustainable growth.
With experience spanning capital markets and asset management, Michael’s career is marked by driving revenue growth, optimizing operational workflows, and cultivating long-term partnerships.
Prior to founding Sycamore Growth Capital, Michael worked in Equity Derivative Sales at BNP Paribas, where he managed strategic client relationships, spearheaded cross-functional trade execution strategies, and designed systems to enhance sales operations. His earlier roles at The Blackstone Group (portfolio administration, hedge fund valuation) and KPMG (audit, risk analysis) underpin his disciplined approach to financial rigor and operational efficiency.
Michael earned his MBA with concentrations in Strategic Management and Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Boston College.
In his spare time, Michael enjoys cycling and fitness classes.
